i'm in the process of making vegan peanut butter...
i’ll let you know how it is once i’m done!
recipe:
1 lb silken tofu
¾ cup peanut butter
½ cup agave
¼ cup oil1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
9 inch pie shell
blend all of the ingredients together until smooth
pour into pie shell and freeze
let it thaw out (an estimated ten minutes) before serving
devour and enjoy!
